Banana Bread fondant

Ingredients
- 1 smashed banana (+ 1/2 for topping)
- 90g flour (your choice)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 10g agave syrup @prozis
- 100g of skyr
- 25g chopped dark chocolate
Steps
- Mash the banana and mix all the ingredients together
- Pour into a baking pan and add the half banana, cut in half, on top
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F)
