Banana Bread fondant

Ingredients

  • 1 smashed banana (+ 1/2 for topping)
  • 90g flour (your choice)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 10g agave syrup @prozis
  • 100g of skyr
  • 25g chopped dark chocolate

Steps

  1. Mash the banana and mix all the ingredients together
  2. Pour into a baking pan and add the half banana, cut in half, on top
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F)
